Characteristics and temperaments: The Chow Chow is calm but independent.
He tries to dominate other dogs but can get along with children. Socialization
is compulsory since a puppy so he will live nicely with cats and other household
pets

Care: Extra care is needed when the dog sheds. The coat requires regular
brushing to keep it in a good lifted look
Training and activity: The dog requires a consistent and firm owner
because he is quite independent. The training should be fun though, because he
is quite intelligent. This breed doesn't like heat and love sufficient outdoor
exercise
