Characteristics and temperaments: The Clumber Spaniel likes to please his
owner. He is an affectionate, gentle and intelligent dog. Clumbers make great
friends with children and get along well with other household pets, but can be
quite reserved with strangers
Avg Size of male: Height: 19 – 20 inches, Weight: 70 – 85 pounds
Avg Size of Female: Height: 17 – 19 inches, Weight: 55 – 70 pounds
Care: The coat requires regular brushing. Trimming only when necessary
Training and activity: As a puppy, he is quite active but slow down as he
grows older. The dog likes to exercise regularly, but a short period of time for
each session is all he needs
